Have you ever felt frustrated about a situation that later you realized should have never bothered you at all? Do you have low motivation, feel like no one listens to you, or just feel unhappy for no particular reason? Any or all of these could be caused by trapped emotions.
Doctor Bradley Nelson wrote in his first book, The Emotion Code, “Our emotions really do give color to our lives. Try to imagine for a moment a world where no emotions could occur. No joy would be possible. No feelings of happiness, bliss, charity or kindness. No love would be felt, no positive emotions of any kind.
“On this imaginary emotionless planet, there would be no negative emotions either. No sorrow, no anger, no feelings of depression, and no grief. To live on such a planet would be to merely exist. With no ability to feel emotions of any kind, life would be reduced to a gray, mechanical ritual from cradle to grave. Be grateful that you can feel emotions!
“But are there emotions you have experienced that you would rather not have felt? If you are like most people, your life has had its darker times. You have probably experienced moments of anxiety, as well as other times of grief, anger, frustration, and fear. You may have experienced periods of sorrow, as well as depression, low self-esteem, hopelessness, or any of a wide variety of negative emotions.
What you may not realize is that some of the negative emotions you’ve experienced, even though you may have felt them long ago, may still be creating problems for you in subtle, yet very damaging ways. The Emotion Code is about finding those old emotions and releasing them forever.”
The Emotion Code, developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, is a form of energy work where we identify and correct imbalances (Trapped Emotions) that can cause physical and emotional issues for people. I like to refer to this as “emotional baggage.”.
Just about everyone has some amount of emotional baggage from painfully traumatic life events. Emotional baggage is very real, and although it’s invisible it can easily disrupt your happiness, your success and your health. It’s like lugging around a suitcase that carries unwelcome souvenirs from every difficult event you’ve gone through – eventually the load gets too heavy not to notice. Each “suitcase” is full of Trapped Emotions – those little of emotional energy that were created, by you, that then got stuck in your body somewhere.
These trapped emotions can cause many different issues in the form of physical pain, emotional distress, and can make you more susceptible to infections, toxins, nutritional deficiencies and structural imbalances. Many people seek medical help only to be told there is nothing wrong, or it is all in their head. Finding relief may seem impossible over time.
The good news in all this is that you don’t have to carry around this baggage the rest of your life. The even better news is you can release that baggage without having to relive or even remember the events that caused them. I have found such relief from Dr. Bradley Nelson’s book. I read it in a day – I could hardly put it down. From there, I learned how to use it on myself and my family, and was so amazed and impressed by the results I decided to become a certified practitioner. I now am able to help people in ways I would have never dreamed of before.
If you feel like you may have some trapped emotions (almost everyone on the planet does), I highly recommend reading this book and giving it a try. Most people, with some dedicated practice, can begin releasing their emotions on their own. Some however prefer to go to a practitioner.

“Thank you so much for your work. I wanted to write before now but have been extremely busy with the horses and getting them moved to stud pasture.
“The first few days after the session, I didn’t really notice much difference except that my head hurt almost continuously. It could also have been stress and too much sun
